Job title: Finance Manager - Full-Time | Dubai
BLU Dubai and Ayla Beach are looking for an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of our financial setup and control across both venues. You’ll be working directly with the owners and helping shape the future of our financial operations.
What you'll do:
- Set up and lead financial systems, tools, and reporting from scratch
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Work with an international team across both locations
- Advise ownership on financial health and key decisions
- Ensure full visibility and compliance in all financial matters
You bring:
- Proven experience in hospitality/nightlife finance
- A hands-on, get-it-done attitude
- Strong strategic and operational financial skills
- Confidence in working closely with ownership
